Help shape the next chapter of Australia's space sector.

The Australian Space Agency is seeking information from the sector on Australia’s microgravity and space payload state of the art.

The payloads and experiments in scope include operations under the effects of radiation, isolation, distance from Earth, gravity impacts and environmental impacts including thermal and vacuum.

We are keen to learn more about current, planned or feasible science, research, payload development and related industry activities, including commercial spin-offs and products.

Our survey will ask about:

  • your key areas of focus
  • the problem or challenge your activity is addressing
  • the core scientific, technical objectives or industry and commercial outcomes
  • expected outcomes and benefits of your work
  • your collaboration networks
  • the maturity and funding status of your activities
  • details about your payload or experiment’s operations.

We invite submissions from space and adjacent sectors including:

  • Agriculture
  • Biotech and medical
  • Education
  • Fundamental sciences and Industrial research
  • Robotics
  • Quantum and Artificial Intelligence
